ATHLETE CAREER PROGRAM
The IOC Athlete Career Programme was created in 2005 to support athletes through all stages of their career and specifically with their transition to a professional life after their sport career. The Programme is run by the IOC Athletes Commission, the National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and The Adecco Group. Its focuses on three areas: Education, Life Skills and Employment. The program includes an online platform – Athlete 365 – and an outreach program available in 30 countries.
ATHLETE 365 ONLINE PLATFORM
The online platform includes articles, interviews, free online courses, various manuals (Employment, Life Skills and Education) and offer various tools to support the athletes during and after their career with topics such as health, nutrition, wellbeing, finance management, doping, media, etc.

OUTREACH PROGRAM
The NOCs implements the Athlete Career Programme outreach in each country for the IOC. Most of the National programs include multi-day workshops as well as one-on-one coaching delivered by sponsor companies (Deloitte, Adecco, etc). Contact your NOC directly for more information. The IOC also offers a list of contacts by country on the Athlete 365 website (some are not up-to-date).
