June 2, 2020 Ford Dyke is an assistant clinical professor at Auburn University. He has a PhD in the field of Kinesiology, specializing in the subdiscipline of Performance and Exercise Psychophysiology. He also has been a Team USA handball player since 2013, playing both indoor and outdoor. |
Ford utilizes an integrative approach to performance, health, and well-being through evidence-based techniques applied to elite athletes and high-profile performers. In this webinar about mindfulness, he alternates between meditation moments (or SIT) and providing scientific background on mindfulness and its benefits to our health and performance.
