Help Athletes Rebuild Life After Sport
You remember that moment—the final whistle, the last race, the end of your athletic chapter.
Maybe it was on your terms. Maybe it wasn’t.
Either way, the question came: "Who am I if I’m not an athlete?"
Transitioning out of sport isn’t just a career change. It’s a full identity shift. And for too many athletes, it’s lonely, confusing, and overwhelming.
That’s why Athletes Soul exists and that is why we are raising funds through Run for the Soul—to provide coaching and mentoring to 100 retiring athletes in 2026!
You’ve Been There.
Now You Can Help Someone Else Through It.
Why It Matters?
Every year, thousands of athletes retire—some with plans, many without. They lose more than just a schedule. They lose identity, purpose, community, and confidence.
Your support helps us provide:
✅ Educational Resources for athletes, retiring athletes, former athletes, parents and coaches
✅ Group Coaching and Personalized coaching to help athletes redefine themselves
✅ One-on-one mentoring from former athletes who’ve been through it
✅ Community and networking opportunities to rebuild connections in life beyond sport
With the funds raised over the last several years, we have been able to support dozens of athletes.
